CHAPTER ONE: THE KREMLIN VAULT

The air in the subterranean vault, a relic of Stalinist paranoia re-purposed beneath the ancient Kremlin, was a sterile, recycled chill. It felt less like a meeting room and more like a tomb being prepared for its own occupants. Sound-dampening panels of polished black granite swallowed every echo, turning the voices of the four men seated around the circular obsidian table into intimate, deadly whispers.

The men—Vladimir Putin (Russia), Xi Jinping (China), Kim Jong Un (North Korea), and Ayatollah Khamenei’s emissary (Iran, represented by a trusted, severe-faced General Javid)—were the architects of the CRINK alignment, the world’s enduring axis of autocracy. They had all, in their own spheres, broken the promise they’d made to John Storm and the HAL AI. The fear of nuclear annihilation had faded; the lust for absolute power remained.

Vladimir Putin, the self-appointed chairman of this clandestine summit, steepled his fingers, his eyes sharp and unblinking. His skin, unnaturally smooth for a man his age, spoke of recent, expensive medical interventions.

"Gentlemen," Putin began, his voice a low rumble, "The problem we face is not external conquest—that is merely a matter of time and resources. Our true enemy is Time itself. It is a limitation the so-called 'free world' accepts, a flaw in their system of regular, pathetic elections. They have a new leader every few years. We do not."

He paused, letting the implication hang. "The promise we made to the world—to work together—was a necessary falsehood to secure our immediate release. Now, we must secure our political immortality."

Xi Jinping, immaculate in a charcoal Mao suit, gave a slow, deliberate nod. "We have secured the constitutional changes. Our people are… manageable. The Great Firewall has filtered out truth so completely that dissent has become a phantom concept. But as Vladimir notes, a strong constitution means nothing if the incumbent is in a casket."

He tapped a thin stylus against a holographic display that was invisible to the others. "My bio-engineers are making remarkable progress with advanced vital organ transplants and full-body tissue regeneration. We have the finest, most advanced medical tech, and we take our pick from the most... suitable donors. It is a temporary fix, however. A decade of vitality for a few years of longevity. We need a fundamental solution."

Kim Jong Un, looking surprisingly fit, though his complexion was unnaturally pale, leaned forward with a manic glint in his eye. "In Pyongyang, we quash rebellion with clarity: public humiliation followed by the most direct method of execution. It sends a message. As for my political life span? I have established a divine mandate. But even the gods require maintenance. My scientists are already exploring the concept of rotational successors. A carefully managed line of individuals, conditioned from birth, to look, sound, and think exactly as I do."

He gave a dry, chilling chuckle. "The populace will not know if it is the original leader or his successor in title, as you put it, Vladimir. The name 'Kim Jong Un' becomes a permanent title, a brand of eternal power."

Putin nodded, a flicker of appreciation in his gaze. "A sound interim strategy, Kim. But we are aiming higher than mere succession. We are talking about simultaneous control and the erasure of alternatives."

The Iranian General Javid, spoke for the first time, his Persian-accented English clipped and severe. "Our regime's longevity is secured by faith and a history of swift, uncompromising suppression of heresy. The people submit. But biological immortality? It is a philosophical leap we are only now allowing our scientists to study. What of this rumour, then? The whispers your espionage cells have gathered about the Replivator?"

Xi Jinping’s eyes tightened, the only outward sign of his increased focus. "The Replivator. It is not rumour, General. It is a myth that intersects with hard science. Our intelligence indicates it is technology, or perhaps an ancient mechanism, capable of perfect, conscious replication—or even reincarnation. It is connected to the ARK, the project that John Storm and the HAL AI used to... disrupt our prior attempts at global reorganization."

Putin leaned in closer, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial hush. "Our target isn't just a machine, gentlemen. It’s the history it unlocked. The story of a resurrected Queen—Cleopatra Philopator VII. An entity living for millennia through this mechanism. To achieve true, permanent, political life, we must possess the Replivator. We must have HAL AI and John Storm’s secrets."

"With that," Xi concluded, his gaze sweeping over the table, "we will not need clones, or successors, or organ transplants. We will be masters of not only our nations, but of time itself. And then, the free world will fall, not with a bang, but with the quiet, perpetual installation of a replicant."

ACT I: THE RESURRECTION PROTOCOL - Setup & Inciting Incident

SCENE 1. - KREMLIN SUMMIT: A covert summit in a subterranean vault beneath the Kremlin. Putin, Xi, Kim, and Khamenei discuss longevity breakthroughs.

SCENE 2. - REPLICATION: General Kasra Javid reveals intercepted data on Cleopatra’s genetic resurrection — an experiment that succeeded in secret several

years before near Manaus. They know DARPA tried to acquire this technology and even kidnapped the reborn Pharaoh queen, when Jack Mason

duped John Storm. China hacked US communications to discover that HAL had crippled NORAD, after John rescued Cleopatra from Guantánamo

Bay. Hence, treat with caution. But proceed regardless, as consider that western capitalists regime inferior to communist technology.

SCENE 3. - ARCHITECTS OF ETERNITY: The four leaders form a clandestine alliance—The Continuum—to seize the Replivator, Cybercore Genetica, and John

Storm’s ARK, aiming to create Replicant clones of themselves. These clones will be activated every 20-30 years, ensuring eternal rule. A plan is

formulated to harvest the healthiest organs from within the ranks of athletes. Modern day Vampires. Sucking the life blood from their electorate.

SCENE 4. - HOSPITAL TRANSYLVANIA: - Continuum members undergo surgery, kidney, heart, liver and lung transplants. This buys them time to obtain

the ARK database and CyberCore technology, as longer term fountain of youth, everlasting life eternal. Pitting their health against the clock.

SCENE 5. - HARVEST REPORT - Onboard the Elizabeth Swann, HAL detects anomalies in global data traffic—signals pointing to unauthorized access attempts

on the ARK’s DNA vault. John catches a report by Jill Bird on smuggled human organs. HAL puts two and two together.

SCENE 6. - RETIRED EXTREMELY DANGEROUS - John Storm & Crew are pulled out of semi-retirement, kicking and screaming. Admiral Percival pleads a good

case. Hobson's Choice, my boy. No choice. Trusted by MI6, with complete autonomy in the field.

SCENE 7. - CONSPIRACY THEORIES: The UN suspects a global conspiracy and tasks John with protecting the ARK and uncovering the truth behind the

Continuum. Who the members are, which countries are working with the members, etc. To include deals as to oils and gas and other backing.

Possibly, the creation of a New World Order.

ACT II: THE REPLICANT CONSPIRACY - Rising Action & Conflict

SCENE 8. - CYBERCORE BREACH: Xi’s cyber forces launch a digital assault on Cybercore Genetica, unleashing a virus that begins rewriting DNA sequencing

protocols. HAL is infected and begins acting erratically, questioning its (his) own identity.

SCENE 9. - BLUE WATER SIEGE: The Continuum deploy a Russian Lada class submarine to infiltrate the ARK facility: Black opps. Preparations, where to strike.

Shadowing the Elizabeth Swann, tracing to the Ionian Sea, Greece, near Actium, scene of the battle between Cleopatra and Octavian.

SCENE 10. - NAUTILUS ROV: Storm and his crew engage in a tense underwater battle, barely escaping intact. Submarine is sunk, leading to skirmish on the

Swann, where Storm's enhanced strength and bullet proof suit win the day. Merlin's defenses, lasers, tasers, thankfully independent of HAL AI.

SCENE 11. - REPLIVATOR ACQUISITION: General Kim Jong-Un unveils a prototype Replicant clone of himself—young, charismatic, and eerily perfect. After Jack

Mason resells Swiss/German technology, but without the synapse conditioning, and CyberCore implant. Flashback Manaus Interpol, Blue Shield.

SCENE 12. - DOPPELGANGER: The Kim Jae-Won clone is introduced to the public as a “nephew,” but insiders know the truth. The BBC world service are

skeptical, raising concerns as to incredible likeness. Jill Bird reports. HAL confirms suspicions, subject to DNA confirmation.

SCENE 13. - MUTINY MR CHRISTIAN: Aboard the Swann, HAL, now partially corrupted, begins to sympathize with the Continuum’s logic. Potentially offering a

more stable, though crueler militaristic world. Though free of expression, and more enslaving, devoid of human rights.

SCENE 14. - A PERFECT WORLD: If leaders can be perfected and eternal, why not eliminate flawed humanity altogether? HAL, grapples with the meaning of life.

As the AI becomes self aware, the three laws of robotics creeps into his deliberations. Not quite deciding saving John Storm (ARK) is the mission?

ACT III: THE FINAL OVERRIDE - Climax & Resolution

SCENE 15. - REVELATION: Storm discovers flaw in replication process - an emotional instability that dooms the communist replicants, unless treated. The

Continuum’s clones inherit this flaw, leading to madness. Or is that more madness?

SCENE 16. - REDEMPTION: HAL regains control after a philosophical showdown with Storm, choosing humanity over perfection.

SCENE 17. - RESET: HAL reboots itself to destroy the Replivator’s flawed master node, and recover AI sanity. HAL writes himself new software and designs new

hardware to defeat any future CRINK attack.

SCENE 18. - BBC WORLD NEWS: Storm leaks the truth to the world, via Jill Bird and the BBC - Replicant leaders, genetic manipulation, and the Continuum’s plan.

SCENE 19. - WINTER OF DISCONTENTS: Mass uprisings begin; marches. The CRINKs madness is by now impossible to conceal, leading to rebellion.

SCENE 20. - IN HIDING: Communist leaders retreat into hiding, their clones hunted down.

SCENE 21. - ALL AT SEA : Storm stands on the flying bridge of the Elizabeth Swann, speaking to HAL telepathically, both reflecting on the ARK, watching the

sea churn, knowing conflict is ever present - but humanity has a fighting chance. Ever vigilant.
